This article describes details, and what's included with the Web Presence Package.

Still Waters Web Development has developed a package that contains many useful tools Massage Practitioners and others can use in their small business. Many of the features are the same as those found in the prior MassageBiz.Net Client Management System, but with many improvements.

Improvements

Originally, MassageBiz.Net developed the Client Management System to handle just the management of Clients, Sessions, HCFA's, and SOAP charts. However, we have discovered that many people may be hindered by the fact that certain software programs are required in order for the system to operate on individual machines, thus making the system not cost effective for it's users. With the new package, we have developed the same features into your very own website without the need to purchase other Microsoft programs. The only tool that's required will be Microsoft's Internet Explorer, which about 95% of users are already using. Furthermore, the package is less expensive and provides a great customizable website that enables you with a Web Presence.

Your own website

With the purchase of the Web Presence Package you receive a professionally designed website that includes the following:

	Home page that provides all your pertinent information right away such as your company information, mission statement, contact info, and location.
	Products pages which may include items you sell at your location.
	Services pages that fully describe your list of services you provide along with pricing.
	Feedback page that will make it easy for your Client's to contact you or give you feedback.
	Administration pages that include tools for managing your Client's, Sessions, SOAP's, and HCFA's. The Administration pages will be fully secured with a username and password.
	A mailbox that you can use to manage your business mail. (The mailbox is provided by massagebiz.net, therefore your e-mail address will be for example: yourcompany@massagebiz.net ).
	A "Freestyle" page that you may use to put whatever you'd like on it. Examples may be a list of links that your Client's may find useful, or perhaps an article, story, news, or commentary.
	Ability to update information as necessary (two times per month, charges may apply for additional updates).
	Images provided by you can be put anywhere in the site such as an existing company logo, pictures of staff, location, or products.
	One year of "basic" hosting that handles everything included in the package. If customization requires other functionality, additional charges may apply. Please see Hosting below.
	You may choose your website layout from the layout gallery when you sign up. This means all your pages will have the same background, font, colors, etc.

Altogether the website will have about 20 pages.

Hosting

Your website will be hosted on a massagebiz.net server. This means that technically your site will be a sub web of the massagebiz.net website. For example: www.massagebiz.net/yourweb. However, you may still use a new or existing domain name that simply "redirects" people to your sub web. For example: when people type www.yourweb.com in their browsers, they will be redirected to your home page at www.massagebiz.net/yourweb/home. We've chosen to do this in order to keep cost and maintenance low for your benefit. If you desire, we can setup a completely separate domain at an additional charge. Customization

Other "custom" pages may also be added for an additional charge. We also offer domain name registration and search engine submission for an additional charge. Still Waters Web Development can design a website from the ground up for other small businesses as well.

Pricing and Availability

As of February 2004 the Web Presence Package is $299. Check our specials to see if you qualify for a discount. Websites will be completed as soon as possible, and may require up to two weeks to complete once ALL information is received. Payment will not be required until your website is developed and you are completely satisfied. Partial deposits may be required if "additional" services are requested.
